Super location, well experienced staff and outstanding value for money. Magnificent view, a great balcony, spacious bed, too. Plenty of eggs, pastries and toast at breakfast. It was a really amazing stay, the best I had before👌

Quiet hotel with nice service in cosy location really close to a metro station, Jesmond. Room was well-appointed and the bathroom was compact, I enjoyed it.

Facilities were brand-new, however Wi-Fi was terrible.

we enjoyed everything, it was awesome. pleasant restaurant provided portuguese dishes. lovely garden and good pool. extraordinarily good value for money and close to where we needed to be.

Secure location, good value, pretty staff, high quality breakfast. I was given brilliant room with a great bed. I walked everywhere in Newcastle upon Tyne and restaurants and bars were short walk from the place. All in all a proper hotel and outstanding stay.

Ideal staff and rooms, we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Rooms with a smart decor. The breakfast included eggs, toast and pastries. Found in a historic area. Overall a such wonderful stay - good value, considering prices in other hotels.
